Ashley was weighing 2 pounds and 8 ounces at the time her birth. Ashley was admitted to ICU for a month. Her parents were told she would need heart surgery during Christmas Day. Christmas Day brought answers to the prayers of her parents when doctors advised her parents that she had a closed-up heart. Ashley did not require any surgery. She was released to go to her home in the weight range of 4 1/2 pounds after having been admitted to hospital for two months. Since her release, she's never had any illness! She is of English, German and Irish roots. Her mother's family comes originated from Ireland. She made her acting debut in a 2002 Salon Surprise Barbie Doll commercial. Ashley's acting career was further developed when The Ford Modeling Agency approached her at age 8. Ashley has worked steadily at the Ford Modeling Agency throughout her career. At the age of 10, Ashley made the decision to be an actor. Ashley was able to perform 35 commercials before moving into roles in the theatre. Ashley is currently a fervent fan of acting. Ashley put all her focus into acting, which left very little time for modeling or dancing, anymore. Ashley's most recent role is "Hanna Marin" in ABC's Pretty Little Liars (2010). Ashley was in Romeo Miller's (aka Lil Romeo), and Solange's "True Love" music video. She did a photo shoot with Britney Spears in Vogue Magazine. She is in NLT's music video "That Girl".
